Your questions and opinion matters!

I wanted to give a chance to ESE or self contained teachers out there to ask me or comment on any topics they would like to see.
I want to help out others as much as I could. Of course to the best of my ability!

What do you want to read about?

Once school starts, I will post more things and pics from the class, curriculum and more.

;)

  2. I would love to know what your schedule is like the first couple of days of the school year. Your new students might not know how to do independent tasks, so what do you do with them? Do you assess them? This is what is worrying me now since I have a brand new program and I don't really know the students. Thanks!

    1. Sorry for the delay... it has been crazyyy!!!! I normally spend my first 2 weeks-1 month training students in classroom management and behavior, rotation/center expectations. Depending on how students are I will start assessing after 2 weeks. As far as independent tasks, I do the lowest activities possible...sorting, colors, matching and visual discrimination. I hope this helped!
